Learning is facilitated through an atmosphere of positive interactions. Skills are developed through the technique of behavior modeling where the learner sees the skill demonstrated using specific behaviors; then strives to exhibit the skill, repeating the recommended behavior(s); and finally, receives feedback on their efforts. Participants move from the simple to the complex, as they gain mastery of each skill.
Multiple training formats are available including classroom, online and CD-ROM applications. Post training activities and self-study materials are emphasized to reinforce learning and insure behavioral change.
