Vision Quest is a multi-faceted training company serving business, education, and industry. Programs are customized to your needs and include today's most relevant topics. The backbone of Vision Quest is in its comprehensive approach to meeting clients' needs. Rather than isolating one aspect of an organization's development needs, Vision Quest encourages the assessment, training, coaching and follow-up of employee development and/or operational processes to provide complete services.

All services are provided to a broad spectrum of clients ranging from manufacturing to retail, banking to insurance, education to local government entities and other various associations. Services focus on enhancing sales abilities, communication skills, positive attitudes, management development and leadership. Training, speaking, coaching and consulting services are conducted nationwide, in designated facilities; or onsite at a clients' place of business.

Our training philosophy is based on a behavioral approach; and we support the belief that our attitude and behavior in any situation will determine our degree of personal and professional success. Success must be defined by the individual and can vary in depth and scope. However...behavior can be learned and attitude can be adapted. In order to do so, interactive participation is a key element in all Vision Quest programs.

Joanne L. Estes is the founder and President of Vision Quest. She specializes in upbeat, fast-paced presentations. Her post-training activities reinforce learning and encourage behavior change.

Joanne has been providing training and development solutions to people and organizations for over 20 years. She conducts programs nationwide, and has helped literally thousands to improve their performance.

She brings her own hands-on experience in a corporate environment to the training arena. With an extensive background in sales and management, she speaks, trains, and consults from a solid foundation of demonstrated accomplishment. Her outstanding track record in new business development has earned her premier awards and the highest accolades from major corporations.

Joanne has always prioritized training and development to create a strong team with a keen focus on goal attainment. She has found that by relying on basic skill development and emphasizing behavioral modeling, success could be achieved over and over. It is her formula for success.
